By accessing and using Labbie, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Labbie is a coworking space management platform that provides tools for booking management, member tracking, multi-brand and multi-location support, space resource management, and administrative controls. The service is offered as a web-based application.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans
- Free Plan: Available for spaces with up to 10 members at no cost.
- Pro Plan: 20€ per month for unlimited members and priority support.
- A 14-day free trial is available with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start.
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
5. User Responsibilities
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of member data and booking information you enter.
- Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users accounts or data.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users.
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination in any form.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure.
- Using the platform to store or transmit malicious software.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data necessary to provide our services, including account information, member data, booking records, and usage analytics. All data is stored securely and encrypted.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Labbie are owned by us and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.
